Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Gaj, we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund and cancellation terms.

Cancellation

  • A refund is applicable only if the booking is cancelled at least 10 days prior to the check-in date.
  • Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Postponement

  • Reservations may be postponed up to 6 days prior to check-in, subject to availability.
  • Revised dates will be accommodated based on room availability and prevailing tariffs.

No-Show / Early Check-Out

No refund will be provided for:

  • No-shows
  • Early check-out
  • Unutilised services or meals

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
