Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

  • A 70% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
  • The remaining 30% balance must be paid 7 days prior to check-in.
  • Rooms are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: 1:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out is charged at ₹500 per room per hour, subject to availability.

Meals

  • The property operates on an AP Plan (All Meals Included) unless stated otherwise.
  • Meal timings must be adhered to.
  • Room service is available until 9:00 PM.

Safari & Forest Regulations

  • Jungle safari is subject to Government permit availability and is chargeable separately.
  • The area falls under a Silence Zone — loud music, speakers, or disruptive noise is strictly prohibited.
  • Night safaris are not permitted, as per Government and Supreme Court guidelines.

Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only inside guest rooms and balconies.
  • Alcohol is not permitted in common areas or lawns.

Connectivity

  • Due to the forest location, mobile network connectivity may be limited.
  • Wi-Fi is available but may fluctuate.

Right of Admission

The management reserves the right to refuse admission or request a guest to vacate the premises in case of violation of house rules or inappropriate behaviour.
